Although I didn't
actually build these properties, I was involved in the early stage,
having seen phase 1 built. I was then able to make changes to
my own property which was built in phase 2.

- Family Bathroom split in half so that all bedrooms gained an en-suite
- Built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms
- Designing the kitchen layout
- Floor tiles and wall tiles throughout
- Furniture both inside and out
- Internal door architraves and light fittings
- Patio area was altererd and BBQ was built
- Pool was changed from a liner to an overflow pool
- Outdoor planting and trees
